Ms. Barbara Cleo Cooley entered into rest on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Lake Crossing Health Center in Appling, Ga.

Funeral services will be private.

Ms. Cooley was survived by one son, Marvin Cooley, Jr. of Appling; a sister, Mary Lindsey and two broth- ers, Fred Shirley and Larry Shirley, all of South Carolina.
