The Lincoln County Superior Court will hear criminal cases beginning Monday, October 20, at the Lincoln County Courthouse.

Judge Harold A. Hinesley is scheduled to preside over the proceedings.

According to Superior Court Clerk Bruce Beggs, jurors are to report to the courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse at 9 a.m. and check in with the bailiff upon their arrival.

Also, on Sunday, October 19, jurors are asked to call the number at the bottom of their subpoenas after 5 p.m. to receive a recorded message containing additional reporting instructions, Beggs said.
