The Lincoln County Superior Court will hear civil cases when the court's October Term begins Tuesday, October 14, at the Lincoln County Courthouse.

Chief Judge Roger W. Dunaway, Jr. is the presiding judge.

According to Superior Court Clerk Bruce Beggs, jurors are to report to the courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse at 9 a.m. and check in with the bailiff upon their arrival.

Also, on Monday, October 13, jurors are asked to call the number at the bottom of their subpoenas after 5 p.m. to receive a recorded message containing additional reporting instructions, Beggs said.
