MR. AND MRS. NICHOLAS SCOTT ANDERSON Amber Dawn Thornton and Nicholas Scott Anderson were united in marriage at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at First Christian Church in Augusta, Ga.

Dawn is the daughter of Chris Thornton of Lincolnton and Judy Poss Thornton of Thomson, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Charles and Josephine Thornton of Lincolnton and the late Barney and Corrine Poss.

Nick is the son of Dale and Sandra Anderson of Grovetown, Ga. He is the grandson of Eula Slaton and the late Billy Slaton.

A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
