The Lincoln County Middle School Student Council representatives and officers were recently elected. The LCMS Student Council is a school and community service organization which promotes school spirit as well as volunteerism in community events. For the 08/09 school year, the council will be hosting two dances for the student body, sponsor the Mister LCMS Contest, sponsor a float in the Holiday Parade, and members will be volunteering two times with the Lincoln County Historical Society as Junior Society Members. To be in the Student Council members must have a B or better academic average as well as excellent conduct in and out of school.
