CAROLYN L. McCLENDON AND MICHAEL AUSTIN CURLEY Mr. and Mrs. Lee McClendon of Lincolnton, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Carolyn Louise, to Michael Austin Curley, son of Ms. Rose Hardin Curley and Mr. Michael Curley, both of Lincolnton.

The bride elect is a 2007 graduate of Westminister Schools of Augusta and currently attends Augusta State University.

The groom elect is a 2004 graduate of Lincoln County High School. He graduated from North Georgia College in April 2008 following the completion of the Lineworker Apprenticeship Program. He is currently employed by Rayle Electric Membership Corporation in Washington, Ga.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, August 30, 2008 at Pine Grove United Methodist Church in Lincolnton. The reception will be held following the ceremony at Savannah Lakes Resorts in McCormick, S.C.

The couple will reside in Lincolnton.
