SSG Christopher Gunby will be cutting his third deployment (second to Iraq, first to Afghanistan) short this time because the Department of the Army has hand picked him to serve as a US Army Recruiter. SSG Gunby will be reporting to Recruiter School at Ft Jackson, SC in early fall of this year. He is currently serving in Afganistan with 101st Division as the Class III NCOIC of Bagram Afganistan. Stateside he is stationed at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah Ga where his wife, Almeisha and daughter, Madison are awaiting his safe return. More ... ..
