Liberty Street in Washington, Ga. on August 8 and 9.
The workshops were open to the public and included handouts to assist the attendees to pursue family research for personal or for preparation of documentation required for lineage organizations. Genealogy tools were emphasized. The Lineage workshop placed emphasis on preparing lineage applications and will help identify the necessary documentation.
Lillie Crowe, Director of the Mary Willis Library in Washington, Ga. was delighted to have such a large turnout and Genealogist Robert Sapp got excellent reviews. There were ap- proximately 28 who attended, and Genealogist Robert Sapp reported there were additional spinoffs such that some potential 28 members from the Washingto area were identified to organize a SAR chapter in Washington, GA.

All males eligible for membership should meet in the Mary Willis Library meeting room September 15, 7:00 pm to further discuss the possibility of forming a new SAR chapter.
