It was a treat like no other. The whole family would pile into the car and head to the drive-in. Soon Hollywood idols filled the silver screen, shooting stars pierced the night, and the aroma of grilled hot dogs and buttered popcorn filled the air. There was nothing like a little movie magic while sitting in your 56 Plymouth or 57 Chevy. More ... School is about to resume and I know there are several little ones excited and maybe even a little timid about going to a new and bigger school. As a mom of one of those little ones, I am a little sad myself - but thankful to Mrs. Nancy and her staff at "the Rainbow" for helping prepare him for this fall. More ... |
