Collins and Hinson named to Dean's List at Reinhardt
Two Lincoln County students, Sneed Collins and Tyler Hinson, were among the 271 students named to the Reinhardt College Dean's List for spring semester 2008.
A Reinhardt Dean's List student must maintain a 3.5 grade-point average based on successful completion of a minimum of 12 semester credits with no grade less than a B.
For 125 years, Reinhardt College has focused on being "the way college should be." As a private, fouryear liberal arts college affiliated with The United Methodist Church, Reinhardt offers a personal and caring learning environment dedicated to meeting needs one student at a time.
Almost 1000 students are enrolled in the College's 36 undergraduate programs, which range from business, communications and education to psychology, music and math. The College added its first graduate program, a Master of Business Administration, in the fall of 2007.
Reinhardt College has two locations — a 540-acre residential campus in northwestern Cherokee County in Waleska, Ga., just 45 minutes northwest of Atlanta and 80 minutes south of Chattanooga, and an adult education program in Alpharetta, Ga. Additional community attractions on the Waleska campus include the Falany Performing Arts Center, the Funk Heritage Center and the Fincher Visual Arts Center.
