Mr. Mosley Ingraham Ward, 66 of Augusta, died Monday, June 2, 2008 at MCG, Augusta.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 5, at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. David Hunter officiating.

Mr. Ward, son of the late W. Ingraham and Eunice Holloway Ward was born on November 25, 1941 in Lincoln County. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam, and later retired from Sweetheart Cup after 20 years of service. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection.

Survivors include: his wife, Patricia Ward; children: Michael I. Ward, and Dr. Melanie Ward Dees, both of Jacksonville, Fl.; step-son: Greg Leopard, and wife Donna, Augusta; sister: Mrs. Nan W. Edmunds, Lincolnton; and grandchildren: Elisha Ward Dees, Julie Leopard, and Emilia "Mary Baby" Leopard.

Pallbearers were Gary Ward, Larry Collins, Little Roy Lewis, Steve Snider, Danny Leopard, and Greg Leopard.
