Irene Stidom is enjoying the tropical life on Pineywood Road. The talented gardener has managed to cultivate a pineapple plant, which sports two pineapples, one all ready for the picking. "I like to experiment with plants," said Stidom, "so one day I put the top of a pineapple I had gotten from the store in the ground, and this is what happened." In addition to a beautiful flower garden, she also raises vegetables and is currently in the process of trying to grow a banana tree. More...
