The Lincoln County Superior Court will hear civil cases beginning Tuesday, April 29, at the Lincoln County Courthouse.

Judge Harold Hinesley is scheduled to preside over the proceedings.

According to Superior Court Clerk Bruce Beggs, jurors are to report to the courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse at 9 a.m. and check in with the bailiff upon their arrival.

Also, on Monday, April 28, jurors are asked to call the number at the bottom of their subpoenas after 5 p.m. to receive a recording message containing additional reporting instructions, the clerk of court said.
