The Lincoln County Superior Court will hear criminal cases when the court's April Term begins Monday, April 21, at the Lincoln County Courthouse.

Chief Judge Roger W. Dunaway, Jr. is the presiding judge.

According to Superior Court Clerk Bruce Beggs, jurors are to report to the courtroom at 9 a.m. and check in with the bailiff upon their arrival.

Also, on Sunday, April 20, jurors are asked to call the number at the bottom of their subpoenas after 5 p.m. to receive a recorded message containing additional reporting instructions, Beggs said.
