indebtedness, secured by a Security Deed executed

Bank, F.S.B. dated May 26, 2006, in the
amount of $67,410.00 and recorded in Deed

Records; as last transferred to IndyMac
Bank F.S.B. by assignment; the undersigned,
IndyMac Bank F.S.B. pursuant to said deed
and the note thereby secured, has declared

The sale will be held subject to any unpaid
taxes, assessments, rights-of-way, easements,
protective covenants or restrictions, liens,
and other superior matters of record which
may affect said property.

The sale will be conducted subject (1) to
confirmation that the sale is not prohibited
under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to

Notice has been given of intention to collect

certain order of the Probate Court for said
county, the undersigned executor of the Estate
of Gladys L. Inglett will offer for sale at
public outcry to the highest bidder for cash
before the courthouse door of Lincoln County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the
first Tuesday in April, 2008, the following
described property to wit: the limited interest
of Gladys Inglett (Decedent) in that tract
or parcel of land lying and being the 186th
District, G.M., Lincoln County, Georgia and
being within the corporate limits of the city
of Lincolnton, Georgia containing 1.575
acres more or less being bounded now or formerly
as follows: North by Wayne Epps and
a public Street known as Lumber Street; East

RECOMMENDATIONS
We, the members of the Lincoln County
Grand Jury for the January Term 2008, having
been duly sworn on January 30, 2008 in
open court by Chief Judge Roger W. Dunaway,
Jr., do herewith submit the following
presentments on this January 30, 2008.
We, the members of the Grand Jury, wish
to express our appreciation to Presiding Judge
Roger W. Dunaway, Jr. for his timely charge
and the efficient manner in which he con

ducts his court. We also wish to express our
appreciation to the District Attorney Dennis
Sanders, and his assistant Rindi Harbeson,
for their assistance and guidance in our deliberations.
We also wish to express our appreciation
to Superior Court Clerk Bruce C. Beggs,
and the Court Bailiffs for their assistance in
the discharge of our duties.
We, the Grand Jury, have elected Talmadge
B. Reed, Jr. as Foreperson and Mary Rose
Stein as Grand Jury Clerk.
We, the Grand Jury, have acted upon all
bills of indictment presented to the Grand
Jury.We have been provided with the financial
records from the required county departments
and have reviewed them as provided by law,
and approve the same.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS AND
PRESENTMENTS
We, the Grand Jury make the following
general recommendations:
The Grand Jury seating area in the
Courtroom should be replaced with more
comfortable seating.
Ceiling fans and a clock should be
installed in the Grand Jury Room.

The petition of Rosalyn Spratlin Hawkins,
for a year's support from the estate of
John Richard Hawkins, deceased, for
decedent's surviving spouse, having been duly
filed, all interested persons are hereby notified

Sealed proposals from contractors will be
received for Lincoln County Elementary
School 0176 Renovations Bldg. Nos. 2010,
2011, 2020, 2021, 2030 and 2031, Project
No. 08-690-044, by the Lincoln County
Board of Education, Lincoln County, Georgia,
at the address below until 3:00 p.m. local
time, Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at which
time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
No extension of the bidding time will be
made.
Drawings and Specifications on this work
may be examined at the office of the
Architect, Hughes/Beattie/O'Neal/Law &
Associates, 1201 Broad Street, Suite 2A,
Augusta, Georgia 30901 (706-722-3484).
Bidding documents may be obtained at the
office of the Architect, Hughes/Beattie/

Georgia 30901. Applications for documents
together with deposit of $100.00 per set
should be filed promptly with the architect.
Bidding material will be forwarded; shipping
charges collect, as soon as possible. The full
amount of deposit for one set will be refunded
to each prime contractor who submits a bona
fide bid upon return of such set in good
condition within 10 days after date of opening
bids. All other deposits will be refunded with
deductions approximating cost of
reproduction of documents upon return of
same in good condition within 10 days after
date of opening bids.
Contract, if awarded, will be on a lumpsum
basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a
period of 35 days after time has been called
on the date of opening.
Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in
an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid.
The successful bidder will be required to
furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in
an amount equal to 100% of the contract
price.
The owner reserves the right to reject any
