Mrs. Marie Walton Bradley, 93, of Tignall, entered into rest January 15, 2008 at Wills Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 18, at Tignall Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Fincher officiating. Interment followed in Tignall Cemetery.

Mrs. Bradley was a native of Wilkes County and the daughter of the late Henry Oscar Walton and Julia Pullen Walton. She was retired from Royal Manufacturing and a member of Tignall Baptist Church where she sang in the choir.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Bradley; brother, Henry Clark Walton; and sisters, Nannie Lou Callaway, Estelle Echols and Rosa Lee Goldman.

Survivors include her son and daughters-in-law, Sam and Florence Bradley of Washington and Judy Bradley of Lincolnton; brother, Thomas Walton and his wife, Jo, of Sparta; nine grandchildren, Dwayne Bradley, Debbie Brown, Phyllis Usry, Dawn Perry, Chuck Gabriel, Todd Bradley, Robby Bradley, Missy Griffith and Deedra Kilburn; and fourteen great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were, Chuck Gabriel, Jimmy Walton, Keith Perry, Hugh Walton, Cason Bradley, Bradley Smith, Jeremy Kilburn, Joey Brown and Dusty Brown.

Memorial contributions may be made to Tignall Baptist Church Building Fund.
