Is our local elementary school system really following the correct procedures regarding the hiring process? Are we looking over some that are already working as substitutes?

We often say that we do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, disability, religion, national origin or creed, but it is also easier said than done. We need to make sure that our leaders are qualified and the time is before they take position and not afterward. Equal opportunity is a major problem at Lincoln County Elementary School.
