Convocation ceremonies were held December 8, 2007 on the Kellogg School's Evanston campus. The Kellogg School of Management's Executive MBA Program, the only program to be ranked number one by Business Week magazine since 1991, takes two years to complete. It serves mid-career executives preparing for higher levels of responsibility and senior executives who wish to enhance their skills and leadership. Those in the Kellogg Executive MBA Program hold full time jobs while also enrolled as students. Mr. Edmunds is a dealer development manager for John Deere. He holds an undergraduate degree from Clemson University and is a native of Lincolnton, Georgia. He and his wife, Cheri, reside in Lawrenceville, Georgia with their daughters, Emily Mae and Elizabeth Lyn. Rex is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Randall Edmunds of Lincolnton. "Rex Edmunds has successfully completed an academically rigorous MBA program," said Julie Cisek Jones, Assistant Dean and Director of the Executive MBA Programs. "It is a significant challenge to simultaneously study for a Kellogg MBA and hold a full-time job. But time and again our students have shown the capacity to do both and excel. We are proud to welcome these new graduates to the family of more than 50,000 Kellogg School alumni throughout the world." Course work in the Executive MBA Program on the Evanston campus takes place on alternate weekends. Sessions begin in September, end in June and include a week-long live-in session at the beginning of each academic year. Kellogg Executive MBA Programs also are offered at the school's Miami, Florida campus as well as through partnership programs with universities in Hong Kong, Israel, Canada, and Germany. The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is led by Dean Dipak C. Jain, and was established in 1908. It is considered one of the world's most prestigious graduate business schools where leaders come together in a culture of innovation and collaboration. Kellogg MBA programs are known for academic excellence, experiential learning, a global perspective and an emphasis on leadership and social responsibility. |
