Long completes student teaching at Glenville State

REBEKAH LONG

Rebekah Long of Lincolnton has recently completed her student teaching internship at Glenville State College in Glenville, West Virginia.

Long received the prestigious Most Outstanding Intern Award presented by the Kappa Delta Pi Educational Honor Society. She completed her student teaching at Arnoldsburg and Pleasant Hill Elementary Schools with cooperating teacher John Bugby, and at Calhoun County Middle/High School under teacher Mike Frank. Dr. Marcia Bolton, Dr. Carol Benton, and Dr. Donna Maher were Long's GSC supervisors for her internship.

Long has qualified for December graduation from Glenville State College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education Pre K-Adult.
