Cards to soldiers

Donna Turner's eighth grade Language Arts classes at LCMS wrote Christmas cards to recovering soldiers at Walter Reed Medical Center located in Washington, D.C. The students chose to do this because these men and women will be unable to be at home during the holidays and the students wished to thank these wonderful men and women that have sacrificed so much for our country. The students sent 100 cards which will be delivered to the soldiers by Christmas.
