Costume contest winners
Winners pictured at Over The Rainbow's Halloween Costume Contest held October 31st were Abraham Crawford (Tigger), Lorali Clark (Raggedy Ann), Judson Beggs (Dopey), Leslie Kate Duncan (Care Bear), Madison Pia (Tinker Bell) and T.J.
