Training courses

The American Red Cross of Augusta will hold Babysitter Training courses on Dec. 28, 2007 at the Columbia County Library, 7702 Evans Town Center Blvd., from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. The course is for children between 11 and 15 years of age and teaches skills necessary to provide safe and responsible child care. Participants will also learn how to market themselves as a babysitter including preparing a resume'. Those attending need to bring a sack lunch.
