.. Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley visited with Mrs. Jackie Bonner awhile Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Dudley Bryant visited in the Bentley home Thursday afternoon.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Bowick visited in the Truett Smalley and William Bentley homes Saturday. They attended the Fall Festival at Salem Baptist Church.

.. Mike Hawkes, Trudelle Bentley, Margaret NeSmith and Shirley Saturday were visitors in the home of Nancy Bailey last week.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Cliatt attended the Columbia County Fair. Mrs. Cliatt rode all the rides while Mr. Cliatt ate corn dogs.

.. Marion Cliatt did not do good at all in the last pool tournament. Time for him to practice.

.. Mandy Dornberg, Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Whitner, Buddy Whitner, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dornberg and fam- ily, Pam Smalley and girls, Carla Quarles and A.J., Brenda Bowick and Lee Bentley have been visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Truett Smalley.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant visited Mrs. Ann Mason on Monday.

.. Mrs. Dudley Bryant visited Mrs. Ruth Fox and Marsha Mooney on Tuesday.

.. Mrs. Dudley Bryant visited Mrs. Joe Estes and Wesley and William and Lee Bentley on Thursday.

.. Alicia Bryant and Patrick Bryant have visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant the past week.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Abel visited Mr. and Mrs. Chris Abel, Amanda and Keegan Sunday night.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fizer visited Mr. and Mrs. Don Stephens in Hartwell Sunday afternoon.

.. Susan Bryant, Chuck Mahaffey and Marsha Mooney were afternoon visitors in the William Bentley home on Sunday.

.. Salem Baptist Church had its Fall Festival Saturday night with around 55 guests present for the occasion. Plenty of food, games and fellowship was enjoyed by all who attended.
