Dr. Sandra N. Cone to wed Dallas Tony Evans Oct. 20

DR. SANDRA CONE AND DALLAS TONY EVANS

Mr. and Mrs. Coney Cone of Lincolnton are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Sandra Nicole to Mr. Dallas Tony Evans, son of Mr. and Mrs. Preston Evans of Lincolnton.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. Lloyd Jackson of Harlem, Ga., Mrs. Jackie Heynneman of Augusta, Ga. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Garvis Cone of Evans, Ga. She is a 1996 graduate of Augusta Christian School and received a BS in Biology from Augusta State University in 2001. She attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and received her degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She is currently employed at McDuffie Animal Hospital in Thomson, Ga.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Brown of Calhoun Falls, S.C., Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Philips of Greenwood, S.C. and the late Mr. Luke Evans. He is a 1995 graduate of Lincoln County High School and has an Associates Degree in Industrial Services. He is a welder with Plumbers and Steamfitters Lo- cal 150 and is currently working towards a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management at Washanew Community College.

The wedding ceremony is planned for Saturday, October 20 at Abilene Baptist Church in Martinez, Ga.
