Mandi Keown honored with room to room shower Aug. 3

Mandi Keown, bride-elect of Rees Carroll, was guest of honor at a room to room shower on Sunday, August 3, at the Groves May House in Lincolnton. Audra Aycock, Benton Cunningham, Candice Ellis, Marsha Brown and Brenda Willis were the gracious hostesses for the event.

For the occasion, Miss Keown chose to wear a brown and white sundress with an orange cinched waist. The hostesses presented the bride-to-be with a white corsage, which complemented her attire.

The Groves May House was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and the tables were draped with white tablecloths. Approximately 40 guests were served delicious helpings of strawberry shortcake and sweet tea.

The hostesses presented Miss Keown with several place settings of her everyday dinnerware. Mandi gave each of the hostesses colored note pad holders in appreciation for such a lovely shower.
