Local couples tour Alaska

Enjoying a formal dinner on the Carnival Cruise Ship Spirit while touring and cruising the Inside Passage of Alaska recently were (l-r): Roger and Ruth Dittmer of Lincolnton, Al and Willa Wedereit of Grovetown and Brenda and Bill Leopard of Lincolnton.

Three local couples, Roger and Ruth Dittmer and Brenda and Bill Leopard, all of Lincolnton and Al and Willa Wedereit of Grovetown, Georgia recently enjoyed touring and cruising the Inside Passage of our 49th state, Alaska.

Cities visited and ports of call for this cruise were Anchorage, Whittier, Sitka, Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan, Alaska and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where the Dittmers and Wedereits spent one day exploring the city. The Leopards toured Homer, Alaska earlier in the week before joining the Dittmers and Wedereits in Anchorage. A great time was had by all.
