Mrs. Marilyn Elizabeth "Betty" Flint Campbell, 52, of Kelly Street, entered into rest on Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
A memorial service was held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at First Assembly of God with Revs. Michael Catlett, Terry Bonds and Lanis Lewis officiating.
Mrs. Campbell was the daughter of the late Luther Emory Flint and the late Marilyn Paschall Flint. She was employed by the Warren County Board of Education as a music teacher at Mildred E. Freeman Elementary School. In addition, she was a beloved music teacher for over a decade at Lincoln County Elementary School. Mrs. Campbell was also a member of First Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by a son, Parker Campbell.
Survivors include her husband, Philip Campbell; two daughters, Anna Campbell and Faith Campbell both of Lincolnton.
Former music students will serve as honorary pallbearers.
