Carpenter honored on second birthday with party at home

Sarah Emily Carpenter, daughter of Steven and Tammy Carpenter, celebrated her second birthday with a party at her home on July 28. Her actual birthday was August 1.

The theme for the party was ladybugs and sunflowers. Despite the weather, everyone enjoyed a lavish cookout.

After the delicious meal, Sarah enjoyed opening all her wonderful gifts. Then the family enjoyed a gorgeous sunflower cake while Sarah and her friends enjoyed sunflower cupcakes with ladybugs on top. The cake and sunflowers were made for Sarah by her Mimi Margie.

Sarah would like to thank everyone for the delightful presents, their hard work toward the party and most especially for coming to celebrate with her.

A special thanks to Aunt Kristi, Grace, Isaac, John Andrew, Lily and Ella for coming all the way from Alabama.
