Revival services to be held at New Hope BC

New Hope Baptist Church will have summer revival August 12 - 15 with Rev. Steve Foster as guest evangelist.

Rev. Foster has spent ten years as a full time evangelist and is now a specialist with the Evangelism Department of the Georgia Baptist Convention. Steve and his wife live with their only son in Griffin, Georgia.

Barbara Boddie will lead the New Hope Baptist Choir and provide special music for the revival services.

New Hope has been holding cottage prayer meetings for the past five weeks as we humble ourselves, pray, seek the face of God, and turn from our wicked ways with the assurance that God will hear from heaven, forgive our sins and heal our land (2Chronicles 7:14).

If you desire to hear the divine word of God preached with power and conviction, to hear the wonderful music that lifts our spirits and encourages our witness, and to worship with others who are anxious to be in fellowship with God's children, please come and worship with us. Services will be held Sunday, August 12 at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and continue Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.

Our prayers have been lifted and we are now waiting with great anticipation for the beginning of a new day and new exciting walk with our Lord. Everyone is welcome and fellow believers are expected.

A nursery will be provided for all services.
