Joy Williford Holz

Mrs. Joy Williford Holz, 51, of North Augusta, S.C., entered into rest on Monday, July 16, 2007 at her residence.

A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 22, at First Assembly of God with Revs. Terry Bonds and Lanis Lewis officiating.

Mrs. Holz was the daughter of the late Ralph Williford and Eva McNair Snellings of Thomson, Ga. She was a graduate of Lincoln County High School Class of 1974 and a former employee with Garrett Aviation of Augusta where she worked in the bookkeeping and accounting department.

Survivors include her husband, Kevin Scott Holz, of North Augusta, S.C.; daughter, Mahaley Holloway Parks and husband, Gary of Reynolds, Ga.; brother, James Williford of Washington, Ga.; stepfather, Robert Snellings of Thomson, Ga.; and step-mother, Elizabeth Williford of Lincolnton, Ga.

Rees Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
