Williams honored at luncheon

Virginia Williams, executive director of the Lincoln County Board of Elections and Registration, was honored by the board and the county at a retirement luncheon held Friday, July 20, at The Lincoln Center. During the festivities, Howie Gunby, a member of the elections board, presented Williams with a plaque in appreciation of 12 years of dedicated service to the county.
