Sara Mann Moss Mrs. Sara Mann Moss, 81, wife of the late Guy Irvin "Bud" Moss entered into rest on Monday, June 4, 2007 at Wills Memorial Hospital, Washington, Ga. Funeral services were held Thursday, June 7, at Lincolnton Baptist Church with Rev. J. Daniel Rosser and Rev. Stan Adams officiating. Interment followed in Lincolnton City Cemetery. Born May 7, 1926, in Cedartown, Ga., she was the eldest child born to the late Eulis and Inez Cline Mann. Mrs. Moss was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her passions in life included cooking and giving freely of her time to her family and friends. She was a graduate of McAdory High School, Bessemer, Ala. and a longtime member of Lincolnton Baptist Church where she served faithfully. She was a retired judge for the Lincoln County Magistrate Court and was a member of the Lincoln County Department of Family and Children Services Board. She is survived by one son, Dwain I. Moss and wife, Patricia of Lincolnton; three daughters, Irvine M. Jus- tice of Lincolnton, Judy M. Ely and husband, Bill of Milledgeville, and Christie M. Berry and husband, Rev. Don Berry of Portal ; seven grandchildren, Sonia J. Ivey and husband, Mark of Evans, Shelia J. Travis and husband, Jeff of Columbus, Sara Beth Moss of Athens, Benji Justice of Augusta, Dwain I. Moss, Jr. of Augusta, Mary Ruth Berry and Curtis Guy Berry of Portal; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby J. Mann and J. Thomas Mann of Birmingham, Ala.; four sisters, Edna M. Aronson and Mildred M. Bunn of Birmingham, Ala., Eloise M. Standard and Charlotte M. Hoops of Augusta. Mrs. Moss was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth Mann, Wilma M. West and Linda M. Short; and one brother, Larry E. Mann. Pallbearers were Robert H. Anthony, Jr., Gaines Bell, Tommy Drew, Ernie Guthrie, M. Flint Matthews, Ben B. Ross and J. Bruce Turner.
