Clarke, Watson to exchange vows in ceremony June 9

Ms. Alice Knight of Augusta and Mr. Larry Gibbs of Appling, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie Clarke to John Watson Burgess, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Burgess of Lincolnton.

The bride-elect attended Evans High School and is currently employed by Cracker Barrell Restaurant in Augusta.

John is a 1995 graduate of Lincoln County High School and is currently employed at Southern Cleaning Products in Lincolnton.

The wedding is planned for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2007 at the Beach House at Mistletoe State Park. Friends and family are invited.
