Journal receives clarification on proposed building

The account of the April 10 meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Education, appearing in the April 19 edition of

The Lincoln Journal, reported that plans for a multi-purpose building, proposed by the parents and coaches of the cheerleaders at LCHS, had not received state approval.

We have since learned that the state did approve the plans, but the cheerleader parents and coaches decided not to pursue the matter.
