Mulberry C.M.E. will host worship service Good Friday

Mulberry Christian Methodist Episcopal (C.M.E.) Church will host its sixth annual ecumenical service for the community on Good Friday (April 6) beginning at 7 p.m.

During the service, representatives of various area churches will deliver brief messages on the seven last words of Jesus.

Those taking part in the service include Rev. Dan Rosser, pastor of Lincolnton Baptist Church; Dr. Delcinia Jamison, pastor of Faith Tabernacle Interdenominational Church; Rev. Dave Hinson, pastor of Lincolnton United Methodist Church; Rev. Tonita P. Cody, pastor of Parks Grove Holiness Church; Rev. James James, pastor of Martin's Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church; Rev. DaNang Rockett, pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church; and Rev. Seymore Harrison, pastor of White Rock Baptist Church.

Refreshments will be served following the service.
