It's official! Xu Shui Lin (second from left) of Zhejiang Hero Metal Furniture Company, based in Jiaxing City, China, recently signed an agreement with the Lincoln County Development Authority to lease a building in the Highway 378 Industrial Park for use as a distribution center. With the lease signed, construction can now begin on the 36,000-square-foot facility.
