Medac applications now being accepted at DOL in Thomson

The Georgia Department of Labor's (DOL) Thomson office is currently accepting applications for employment with Medac, an anesthesia billing company that will soon be located in the Lincoln County Industrial Park.

The applications may be obtained by visiting the DOL website or by contacting the Thomson DOL office at 1-706-595-3665.

Approximately 80 to 100 positions are open for accounts receivable, payment poster, and provider enrollment representatives.

The qualifications are as follows:

.. A high school diploma or equivalent.

.. An associate's degree in business or a related medical field (preferred).

.. Medical billing experience (preferred).

Salary is based on education and experience.
