Chamber Chatter

We have come down to a new year and I would like to take time out to thank the chamber board of directors and chamber members for a successful year. It has been an honor to serve as your 2006 president. We have worked hard this year to support our community and chamber members while promoting our hometown.

We welcome any comments and advice to continue to make this a successful chamber for Lincoln as a whole. As I complete my year I would just like to remind the community to get involved with the local chamber. If you don't get involved, you will never know the benefits of the chamber.

Take me for example, I was clueless about the chamber until I got involved. Listening to the word on the street about the chamber, but remember the old saying, "believe half of what you see and none of what you hear."

Again, I just want to say thank you all for a great year, and join the chamber, it is rewarding in so many ways.
