Clerk names jurors for civil trials; Judge Roger Dunaway to preside

The Lincoln County Superior Court will hear civil cases beginning Tuesday, October 9, at the Lincoln County Courthouse.

Chief Judge Roger W. Dunaway, Jr. is scheduled to preside over the proceedings.

According to Superior Court Clerk Bruce Beggs, jurors are to report to the courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse at 9 a.m. and check in with the bailiff upon their arrival.

Also, on Monday, October 8, jurors are asked to call the number at the bottom of their subpoenas after 5 p.m. to receive a recorded message containing additional reporting instructions, the clerk of court said.
