Birthday celebration
Former active duty Marines and guests will celebrate the 232nd birthday of the United States Marine Corps on Saturday, November 10. The celebration, which includes dinner and a short program, will be held at Tara dining room. Marines who either recently moved into the Village or are not on the invitation list, and are interested in attending the celebration, please contact Jack Haffeman 864- 391-3208 or Ken Green 864-391- 4197.
Computer course
An accelerated one-week beginners computer course will be held Oct. 1 - 5 from 9 a.m. - 12 noon daily. Classes will be held in the computer lab located at McCormick Adult Education Center, 615 Clayton St. (previously McCormick Elementary School).

Classic Re-Runs open
Classic Re-Runs is a non profit clothes shop specializing in good quality, lightly worn clothes for all sizes. They also have household items, dishes and what-knots. All money is used exclusively for Lincoln County Citizens. Donations are tax deductible.
Classic Re-Runs is located at 108 Main Street, next door to China One. Stop by to check out their half-price sales and specials that change weekly.
