Isakson will hold open office day at courthouse
United States Senator Johnny Isakson has announced that an "open office day" will be held for his constituents Monday, September 10, from 1 until 3 p.m. at the Lincoln County Courthouse.
Nancy Bobbitt, the senator's field representative for the CSRA, will be on hand to address concerns expressed by local residents during the day.
In his comments, Senator Isakson encouraged his constituents to drop by the courthouse and talk with Bobbitt regarding issues concerning the federal government, legislation or federal agencies such as Veterans' Affairs, the IRS, Medicare, and the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
"This open office day will help ensure that the views, concerns, and local efforts of all Georgians are reflected in the operation of our office," said Isakson.
As part of the field staff, Bobbitt is responsible for overseeing the dayto day activities in her region and representing Senator Isakson when he is unable to personally attend events in the CSRA.
