The petition of James Donald Bowles, for a year's support from the estate of Freda L. Bowles, deceased, for decedent's surviving spouse, having been duly filed, all interested persons are hereby notified to show cause, if any they have, on or before September 20, 2007, why said petition should not be granted.

NOTICE OF OFFICIAL ZONING MAP

AMENDMENT APPLICATION Lincoln County, Georgia

Pursuant to the authority by the Constitution of the State of Georgia, the public is hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the Lincoln County Planning and Zoning Office to initiate an Amendment Application to the Lincoln County Official Zoning Map effective March 1, 2003.

The purpose of this zoning amendment is to designate Lisbon Road as an entrance/lake corridor. The roads total length is approximately 2.4 miles.

Documents may be viewed at Lincoln County Planning and Zoning Office during normal business hours. Individuals with questions may call (706)359-5522.

The public is further notified that the Lincoln County Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, located across from the Lincoln County Courthouse, at 107 Perryman Avenue, Lincolnton, Georgia on Monday, September 10, 2007 at 5:30 p.m.

Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Roland C.
