Healthy eating is easier than you think. Here are a few tips:
.. Eat regular meals - especially breakfast. You'll be less likely to crave junk food. Eating breakfast may also make you more alert and give you more energy.
.. For healthy snacks, try air popped popcorn, baby carrots, celery with peanut butter, nuts or cheese.
.. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Choose fruit instead of candy. Add a salad to your meal.
.. Slice a banana over cereal for a quick, healthy breakfast.
.. The next time you want pizza, get a veggie pizza.
.. Got to have fast food? Order smaller portions like a single hamburger and a small order of fries. Avoid large servings.
