Darren and Janet Pharr of Washington announce the birth of their son, Alex William, born Thursday, July 12 2007 at Doctor's Hospital in Augusta. He weighed seven pounds, eleven ounces and was twenty-two inches long.

Maternal grandparents are G.T. and Betty Hall of Washington. Maternal great-grandparents are the late Casper and Rebecca Saggus and the late G.T. and Florence Hall of Washington.

Paternal grandparents are Jerrel and Rachel Pharr of Washington. Paternal great-grandparents are Melvin and Etheridge Partridge of Lincolnton and the late John and Frances Pharr of Washington.

He was welcomed home by his two big brothers, Michael, 13 and Chandler, 10.

Mrs. Pharr is the former Janet Hall of Washington.
