Daniel Lee, son of Thomas and Janice Lee of Lincolnton, graduated Cum Laude from Newberry College on May 12, 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in sports management and a minor in business administration.

He was a four year member of the golf team and was awarded the 2005- 2006 Golf Coaches Association of America All American Scholar. He was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society, F.C.A., South Atlantic Honor Roll and the Dean's List. He was also the president of the student athletic advisory committee.
