Retired Command Sergeant Major James K. Husey, Jr. was the guests speaker for this week's Memorial Day program at the Lincoln County Courthouse. The event was sponsored by the city and county governments and American Legion Post 194.

In addition to spectacular weather those attending this week's Memorial Day Celebration were treated to patriotic music performed by the Lincoln County High School Red Devil Pride band. The event was held on the courthouse grounds.
