Elizabeth "Libby" Fleming Drinkard received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia on May 11, 2007. She is the daughter of Lillie Mae and the late James Thomas "Tommy" Drinkard.

Libby was one of 174 students who received nursing pins at the honors convocation. Graduating cum laude in her class, she was also the recipient of the Leilee P. Ault School of Nursing Alumni Association Scholarship Award. This award is given based on leadership and selected by the faculty.

She has accepted a position at University Hospital, Augusta, and will be working as a labor and delivery nurse
