.. Leon Cox, Mrs. Frances Mims, Patrick Bryant and Miss Alicia Bryant have been visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bryant, Patrick Bryant, and Miss Alicia Bryant honored their mother, Mrs. Dudley Bryant, with lunch on Sunday for her birthday. Her husband, Dudley, was also present for the occasion.

.. Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley visited Mrs. Ann Mason and granddaughter, Anna, Saturday afternoon in Harlem. They also visited briefly with Chuck Mason.

.. Marion and Hilda Cliatt ate at Red Minnow in Elberton one night the past week.

.. Julian Finley, Marion Cliatt and Carl Smith enjoyed shooting their pistols in Abbeville, S.C. one day during the week.

.. Hilda and Marion Cliatt enjoyed a fish fry in Grovetown at the home of Dennis Kirkland. They enjoyed seeing a lot of their friends they have had over the years.

.. Marion Cliatt honored his wife, Hilda, for Mother's Day by carrying her out for supper each night for the past week.

.. Marion Cliatt had a three week winning streak playing pool, but he had tough luck and lost this past week.

.. Mrs. Kenneth Abel was honored with lunch for Mother's Day by her family, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Abel, Amanda and Keegan, Mrs. Pam Watson and her husband, Kenneth Abel.

.. Mrs. Truett Smalley's children and grandchildren honored her with lunch on Sunday for Mother's Day. Present for the occasion were her husband, Truett Smalley, Kenneth Smalley, Mrs. Kerry Whitner, Mrs. Pam Powell, Cassie, Ariel and Melany, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Smalley and Natilie, Mrs. Mandy Rogers, Brad, Chris and Michael, Mrs. Carla Quarles, Al Young and A.J. Young.

.. Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley spent Saturday night in Waynesboro with Dr. and Mrs. Al Wright and attended church at First Baptist of Waynesboro. They were Saturday night supper guests at Country Boys.

.. William Bentley was honored for his birthday and Mrs. Bentley for Mother's Day at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Al Wright in Waynesboro on Sunday by the children and grandchildren. Present for the occasion were Dr. and Mrs. Al Wright, Dr. and Mrs. Jarrod Dumpe, Jonathan Wright, Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Mahaffey, Ethan Mahaffey and Miss Jordan Mahaffey. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Timmerman and Miss Erin Timmerman spent the day in Greenville with Ryan Timmerman.
