The Lincoln County Superior Court will hear civil cases beginning Tuesday, April 24, at the Lincoln County Courthouse.

Judge Harold A. Hinesley will preside over the proceedings.

According to Superior Court Clerk Bruce Beggs, jurors are to report to the courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse at 9 a.m. and check in with the bailiff upon their arrival.

Also, on Monday, April 23, jurors are asked to call the number at the bottom of their subpoenas after 5 p.m. or the clerk of court's office during regular business hours to receive additional reporting instructions.
