Petty Officer First Class Gezell Barr-Card, a cryptologic technician, retired from the United States Navy after twenty years of service. The ceremony took place at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. Petty Officer Gezell Barr-Card graduated from Miami Central High School in Miami, FL. in 1986.
